Sometimes it’s just difficult for her to get her hair exactly like she wants it and this will help her in a great big way. It’s important for her to look nice and this will boost her confidence and help her feel better about her looks.

Samantha has developed into a gracious young lady since coming into foster care. She says "I have learned so much and how to live." She had previously experienced severe neglect and trauma that was overwhelming. Now she has a positive outlook on life and looks forward to each day. She really enjoys just being herself and being comfortable in her own room. Samantha also enjoys arts and crafts, and being creative, all of which are great coping skills for her.
