A New Laptop for Cynthia to use towards her education

Cynthia loves volunteering in the community during her free time by feeding the homeless, creating care packages, and lobbying for councilmembers. When she is not volunteering, or working, she is studying for her business administration program as a full time student in college. She enjoys helping others and never expects anything in return. She recently expressed that she is in need of a laptop because the old laptop she had stopped working, and is now having to go over friend(s) houses to borrow their laptop and complete her homework assignments. Cynthia would benefits from a laptop so that she can do her school assignments in the comfort of her own home versus having to visit her friends to complete her homework assignments at their place. Additionally, Cynthia enjoys mentoring youth younger than her to provide them with hope and inspiration to remind them that they have support. If you need a smile she is the person to go to, and it would be great to have a smile sent back her way for her involvement in the community despite her current obstacles of not having a laptop to complete her school work efficiently.
Cynthia is 24 years old and lives in CA
Cynthia is an incredible young woman currently participating in a transitional housing program for foster youth, along with her four siblings. Despite moving around three times during her time in foster care, she maintained high grades throughout high school. Cynthia has also been actively involved in community outreach programs, including beautification projects, blood drives, and assembling care packages for the homeless and the elderly. Cynthia aims to become a business administrator. While studying, she works part-time and is focused on budgeting wisely to save money to support herself and her younger siblings. Although she has not had a stable home until joining the housing program, she consistently remains positive, expressing gratitude for the homes she has lived in, the families who have shown her kindness and love, and the opportunity to study and work in the United States.
