Carter loves to be active and practice all kinds of sports. His favorite is football but he wants to see what archery is like! He would love to perfect skills in archery since hand-eye coordination would apply to any other sport too!
Carter is 13 years old and lives in TX
Carter came into care with his mother when he was one year old. Unfortunately, she decided to leave him in his foster placement to move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. He loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
