A Laptop to keep Phoenix connected

Phoenix and his two siblings just entered out of home placement. He is in need of a Chromebook in order to maintain his schoolwork, interact with peers, attend virtual therapy, and maintain contact with his parents. He would be shocked if a laptop arrived just for him. He has never had such a special gift before and he could use it for school and for fun!
Phoenix is 11 years old and lives in NJ
Phoenix is the middle child of three boys. He looks out for his younger brother who is only a year younger than him. He enjoys outdoor activities especially riding scooters with his older brother. He enjoys school but says he doesn't have a favorite subject.
