Mandy wishes for a pair of purple rain boots to splash around on rainy days. These adorable purple cheetah boots will give her the chance to have fun outside any day, no matter the weather. She can splash in puddles, run through the rain, and have a fun time just being a kid!
Mandy is 10 years old and lives in NC
Mandy is a sweet, bubbly little girl that loves having her sisters with her in foster care. She really looks up to her older sisters and is always following behind them. Mandy enjoys baby dolls, cartoons, and loves to use her imagination. The family cat is her absolute favorite, and she might just try and play dress-up with them!
