A new sewing machine for Ana who just started a fashion class

Posted Jan 12, 2021
Ana is a sophomore in high school and recently started a Fashion and Apparel class at school. She really enjoys the class and is building great sewing skills. She has asked her resource parent for a sewing machine so she can work on clothing items at home, and so she is not limited to only working on the sewing machine at school. Ana's favorite things to make with the sewing machine are blankets and cloth headbands. Ana has been in foster care for about 10 years and has been with her current resource family for a little over a year. She is a very bubbly young girl who would like to grow up and work in the fashion industry in New York City .

Ana is 20 years old and lives in NJ

Ana is an amazing young lady who is currently living in a foster home without her sibling. Though being away from her family has been hard on her she remains optimistic about her future and is always looking to better her situation. Ana makes friends easily and is looking forward to work as a way to socialize with peers her own age.
