Jay would love to enjoy some tasty treats on Valentine's Day and this care package will do the trick! This box of snacks comes with 60 yummy treats to choose from and Jay will be so excited. He doesn't get to have snacks like these very often so this will make his Valentine's Day extra special. He would be so happy to know someone out there wanted to send him something nice for this holiday!
Jay is 19 years old and lives in NC
Jay is living with his foster family and making plans for his future. He is an easygoing young man who makes friends with everyone he meets. Jay has autism and has learned some great coping skills through hard work and therapy. He is extremely passionate about puzzles and putting things together! Jay especially loves cats and helping others.
