Playing CBT will help him develop awareness of thoughts and emotions, improve behaviors, social skills, and coping skills, and enhance self control. Jay really loves games and this will be the perfect self help tool for him.
Jay is 19 years old and lives in NC
Jay is living with his foster family and making plans for his future. He is an easygoing young man who makes friends with everyone he meets. Jay has autism and has learned some great coping skills through hard work and therapy. He is extremely passionate about puzzles and putting things together! Jay especially loves cats and helping others.
