Alicia has devoted her life and career to advocating for former foster youth such as herself. She has been all on her own after aging out, and is excited to have secured her first apartment. With this trip to Target, Alicia is hoping to pick up some fresh cleaning supplies and personal care items such as laundry detergent, cleaning wipes, and dishwashing detergent. Alicia finds that cleaning relaxes her, and she loves to keep her home neat and tidy. This gift card will go a long way to helping her replenish her home supplies.

Alicia is grateful for her time in foster care, and it inspired her to join the foster care field so she can help other youth like herself. She is currently a foster care youth advocate for wrap around services, has two Associate's Degrees, and is pursuing her Bachelor's Degree at Sienna College. She is so proud that she has proven the negative statistics around aged out foster care youth wrong! Alicia looks forward to continuing to mentor and guide other foster care youth so they can have the best possible chance at a successful, fulfilling, and happy life. .
