A Memory Card for Lucy who would love to capture happy moments with her own camera

Lucy has endured heartbreaking trauma throughout her life, and has started to find her path toward healing. Lucy wants to focus on the happy moments she experiences and in order to override her darker thoughts of the past, she will need a camera to capture those happy moments. Being able to rewrite her own story will help Lucy realize how far she has come. It will be a very healing and strengthening experience. Lucy really hopes her wish for a camera is granted and if it is, she will need a memory card with plenty of space so she can take as many photos as her heart desires.
Lucy is 24 years old and lives in CA
Lucy graduated from University of La Verne with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology and a minor in Business Administration. She recently completed her Community Healthcare Worker Certificate and is working full-time as a Peer Support Advocate at a local county office of education. She is a former foster youth and has struggled with homelessness and family instability throughout her life. She provides financial support when she can for her siblings and mother, who still struggles with addiction. She dreams of someday opening a shelter for women and children.
