Christian attends virtual school due to COVID, and while she originally received a laptop from the school, there have been numerous issues with them. Most recently, she had to return it because it came broken, and it took a week for her to get a replacement. Christian does not want to fall behind in her studies, and needs a reliable laptop so she can stay on top of her classes and get her assignments in on time. This laptop will mean the world to her, and she can continue to use it on her educational journey.
