Harmonie is a playful three year old that loves riding the neighbor’s daughter scooter. Harmonie would love to have her own toys, however, this year her mom has struggled with finding work and affordable childcare. Harmonie and her mom are in foster care and her mom works hard to better herself and provide a loving and nurturing childhood for her two children.
