Alex loves string and all things texture. She is currently working with her occupational therapists with different food textures. Alex gravitates towards string in particular and the team is trying to get her familiar with other textures. The stretchy string would be a familiar object but with a different texture.
Alex is 8 years old and lives in NJ
Alex is a loving little girl who is currently in a foster house. She is nonverbal, energetic, and loving. Alex is currently working on potty training and eating more foods! She has a good texture aversion and is working hard to try to eat more! Alex is a gem and loves to sing.
