Carter is getting taller and taller by the minute. He has been going through growth spurts very often. He is in need of new clothes for the winter. Carter likes to go shopping and would certainly enjoy picking out is new clothes.
Carter is 13 years old and lives in TX
Carter came into care with his mother when he was one year old. Unfortunately, she decided to leave him in his foster placement to move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. He loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
