Carter has been in foster care since he was a toddler, but he has made the best of it. He gets lots of loves and gives lots of love in return. He is need of many basic clothing including a coat. He would be so grateful to receive a new coat to keep him warm this winter!

Carter is a sweet boy who entered foster care at the age of one. He is very lovable and affectionate, always bringing joy to those around him. Carter enjoys watching sports on TV, particularly football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. He leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets with his laughter and cheerful personality.
