Javon is excited for 2022 and all the new blessings it will bring! He is working on saving toward his first apartment and would really benefit from extra help this month on his food expenses. He is trying to eat healthy and stay fit while living within his budget. He hopes to prepare a few well-balanced meals and share them with his friend who he currently stays with.
Javon is 26 years old and lives in CA
Javon is a former foster youth who has been on his own since turning 18 and aging out of the system. He preferred to handle his life on his own rather than continue to transition from one unstable or unhealthy environment to another. Javon is currently working a good job and striving to get his own apartment next year. While things in LA can be hard during a pandemic, Javon refuses to give up.
