Mindy wishes for Valentine surprises to decorate a small tree with them share with her friends. This will help her feel loved and help her share love. She will look forward to decorating and having a fun Valentines Day.
Mindy is 9 years old and lives in NC
Mindy is a sweet little girl that has adjusted well to her foster home. She feels part of the family and like she belongs. She is bouncy, full of laughter, and loves running around outdoors. She is full of pretend play, loves to paint and color, and likes being around the family pet.
