Javon would love to get a pair of new shoes! He is about to settle into new housing after being unhoused for some time, and he is excited to find a more permanent job to help him stabilize. A pair of sneakers or work shoes would be just the ticket to help him feel like he's onto a fresh new start
Javon is 26 years old and lives in CA
Javon is a former foster youth who has been on his own since turning 18 and aging out of the system. He preferred to handle his life on his own rather than continue to transition from one unstable or unhealthy environment to another. Javon is currently working a good job and striving to get his own apartment next year. While things in LA can be hard during a pandemic, Javon refuses to give up.
