Javon has been waiting for his housing to come through since aging out of the foster care system. He's almost into a new place but needs a bed while he temporarily stays at a family member's home. An air mattress could help him get a good night's rest and feel like he has his own space. Hopefully, Javon will have his very own bed and room soon, too!
Javon is 26 years old and lives in CA
Javon is a former foster youth who has been on his own since turning 18 and aging out of the system. He preferred to handle his life on his own rather than continue to transition from one unstable or unhealthy environment to another. Javon is currently working a good job and striving to get his own apartment next year. While things in LA can be hard during a pandemic, Javon refuses to give up.
