Jocelyn had only a short part of her life with her mother before her mother overdosed. But she will be getting a lot of love from her grandma. Her grandma has almost no items suitable for a baby, so has to start from scratch to make sure her house is safe for Jocelyn and she has everything she needs to giver her the supports she deserves.

Jocelyn is a sweet baby who has some delays due to being prenatally exposed to substances. She has a bright smile and loves to be held and sung to. Jocelyn is interested in the world around her and loves to play with new things.
