Phoenix fell in love with robotics from the moment she learned about coding in 2nd grade. She became addicted to playing Minecraft and Roblox and told a teacher she wanted to start coding more and this led her to the love of robotics. Her teacher showed the movie Hidden Figures and that is when Phoenix decided to dedicate herself to the field of robotics and coding.
Phoenix scored the highest in her standardized test in her grade level. She is currently engaged in an extra curricular robotics course at her after school program. She enjoys the robotics and wants to further her studies in this area of interest. A laptop computer would assist her with pursuing robotics as a multidisciplinary academic field of study and an extra-curricular activity that has become a hobby in her spare time. Phoenix also enjoys anime.
