Carter loves playing arcade games, and his favorite game is the motorcycle racing games. He also likes to play basketball games. He wants to go to Dave and Buster's for a little Spring Break fun during his upcoming break from school. Carter can't wait to play all of the arcade games he can squeeze in!

Carter is a sweet boy who entered foster care at the age of one. He is very lovable and affectionate, always bringing joy to those around him. Carter enjoys watching sports on TV, particularly football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. He leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets with his laughter and cheerful personality.
