Carter is turning 10 in just a few days and would love to have a party at KidMania where he can invite 10 of his friends. Carter hasn't celebrated is birthday in two years. This party will remind him that he is loved and cared for.
Carter is 13 years old and lives in TX
Carter came into care with his mother when he was one year old. Unfortunately, she decided to leave him in his foster placement to move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. He loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
