A New Bike for Kyle who loves to play outside with his friends

Kyle loves to ride his bike he brought with him into foster care, but unfortunately, he has outgrown it. He continues to try and ride the bike every chance he gets, but it's just not working anymore. Kyle just made some new friends that all have bikes that they ride and Kyle would love a new bike of his own so he can join the group and fit in with his peers.
Kyle is 18 years old and lives in VA
Kyle is a great young man that is currently living in a boys group home and is working towards moving into an Independent Living Program. Kyle has been more focused on graduating and joining the Army.
