He definitely would love to look the part at work, and feel confident not only in how he presents himself, but also in his abilities. This wish will also be a nice belated birthday present to Rafael.

He fell behind when his parents passed and struggled emotionally. Rafael has a huge smile and a kind spirit! His team refers to him as resilient, trustworthy, and hardworking!
