Leanne is so excited she was finally hired for her first job as a Peer Advocate. She has a car, but with starting her new job, her finances are tight and she is struggling to put gas in her car. Gas has become very expensive for her and having a way to drive around and access the resources she needs is so important to Leanne, and will give her the opportunity to keep making a difference in her community.
Leanne is 23 years old and lives in CA
Leanne is a resilient girl who is trying to find her place in the world after she exited the foster care system. She was accepted into the Project Return Peer Support Network's Peer Advocate Program, and she's very excited to connect with other former (and current) foster youth. Leanne loves her community and loves to give back. She is determined to help other young people like her.
