Ethan wishes for a personal neck fan to help him feel his best this summer. This will keep him cooled off in the extreme heat and keep him from overheating. This will keep him going and help him enjoy his summer.
Ethan is 18 years old and lives in NC
Ethan is a busy child that really wants to help. He likes to hang around with male role models and learn from them. He has come a long ways since birth. He had a hard foundation and was taken in by a special foster family that loves him even through the difficult times. They have invested enormous amounts of time to teaching him with a tremendous about of patience. This family is determined not to let up because there is hope for Ethan. He has a very bright future.
