A Bike for Jason to commute so he can continue living independently

Jason wishes for a bike so he can continue to afford living independently. This will allow him to commute to work and ride to the store when needed. He is currently paying for a ride to come take him places and this is just to expensive for him. A bike will help him continue to be independent and stay in his current apartment. He will be able to store this bike inside his apartment so it want get stolen.
Jason is 24 years old and lives in NC
Jason is a great kid who has experienced much trauma in his life. In spite of it all, he is trying hard to adjust. He loves his foster family and is attached to them dearly. He has aged out of foster care and learning to live mostly on his own. He is just like any young guy that loves sports, video games, surfing the web, and eating junk food. He really wants to be able to make it on his own, but still requires support and encouragement from his former foster family.
