Maria's father is in Mexico and has had a tough time connecting with him. Although sometimes she is able to speak with him over the phone, Maria is hoping to see him via video. Maria's mother has rejected any level of communication with her and this has been very tough for her. Maria is hoping to be able to stay in contact with her father, regardless of the distance.
Maria is 19 years old and lives in NM
Maria is an incredibly caring young woman who is currently experiencing placement in different foster homes and is having a hard time finding stability. With that being said, she is determined to focus on her goals of independence, reconnecting with her biological family, and also enjoying her adolescence!
