Para has never been away from her family until recently. And now there are several members of her family that are no longer in this country so she will not be able to see them again. She is working through a lot of emotions to process this, but tries to stay strong to help her younger siblings. Having some special items to make her new home feel more comfortable will help make things feel a little more joyful.
Para is 10 years old and lives in OH
Para is a very special little girl who uses her voice to help protect those around her. She is brave, strong and loving and is an amazing older sister. Para said she plans on being a teacher when she grows up since she had a very special teacher last year who made her feel extra special.
