Cole was only 3 when he and his two older siblings went to live with his grandmother. He doesn’t remember a lot of the traumatic events, but he knows he was responsible for himself, alone, and hungry. He is terrified of the dark and being without food. When his basic needs are met he is Superman - a thrill-seeker, academically gifted, and the best friend a boy can have.

Cole loves motion! He has talked about an electric scooter for awhile because it gets him places faster. He knows everyone on his street and enjoys stopping and talking or helping some elderly families. He can tell you who is on vacation, who is in the hospital, or where his friends are at anytime. A scooter will help him socialize and keep his grandmother updated on their neighborhood. The neighbors keep little treats for him because they love him so much. His grandmother said, I can see him taking off on it to show them his upgrade and laughing all the way!!!
