She will really be happy to have clean fresh shoes for the new school year. She can't wait to have the same style of shoes as her peers and have something fashionable she can wear and put her best foot forward.
Summer is 18 years old and lives in NC
Summer loves to smile and be around her sisters. She is medically fragile and has lots of special needs, and it takes a very special family to care for her. Unfortunately, she has had many surgeries and medical needs due to the trauma and abuse she previously suffered. Summer has come so far since entering foster care, but still requires a constant high level of care and support.
