Elsa has never had the chance to pick special things for her room, and this process has been fun for her and her new caregiver. Her aunt said that the process of allowing Elsa to help decorate and make choices has been therapeutic for them both. Elsa would love this hammock to hang in her room with some of her favorite stuffed animals, which she has always used as comfort items during scary times.
Elsa is 11 years old and lives in OH
Elsa is a sweet girl who loves to read. She devours books and is always happy on quiet weekends when she can get lost in a story. She is loved by teachers and always ready to help them by running errands in the school or sorting supplies. She has been so grateful to have such great role models in school and have it always be a place that she has felt safe and taken care of. She hopes one day she can be a teacher, so spread love to other children and families.
