With this wish she will be able to wear this jacket when she's feeling overwhelmed or just to feel calm on most days.
Kailee is 4 years old and lives in OH
Kailee is an adorable baby girl who loves to be held and rocked. She entered foster care due to her parent's history of domestic violence and drug use, but she is now safe in a foster home where she is being loved and cared for. Kailee has been meeting her developmental milestones, has started to smile back at others, and loves to interact with her foster family.
