A New Jumpsuit for Irais to shine bright at NAC’s upcoming 40th Gala

Recently, Irais participated in a career exploration event in which she was able to tour an investment banking firm and sit down with the CEO for a meet and greet. This CEO was so blown away by this interaction that he insisted that she and her peers attend the NAC Gala. Although that was already something that was being considered, this event solidified their participation. Naturally she was thrilled by this opportunity, but soon after the excitement wore off panic began to set in. She worried that she would not feel comfortable at the Gala because she does not have anything that is nice enough for such a grand event and she cannot afford to purchase a new outfit. Her team hopes to gift her formal clothes so she can enjoy the evening like the Rockstar she is!
Irais is 21 years old and lives in NY
Irais a young woman who is preparing to complete her high school career. She loves video games, BTS music (also K-Pop), and wants to learn to do makeup as well as acting. Irais has struggled with Mental Health and ADHD for many years, but has taken the time during the pandemic for self-reflection. She now feels that she has more of an understanding of herself and her diagnosis. She's also much more comfortable speaking and standing up for herself; which is a skill she will need in her future career path. Irais wants to help people and is looking toward careers in law, psychology, and clinical work.
