Shay loves to express herself, but she feels like she has little control in her life and the decisions being made. Changing her hair color to a color she likes will help her feel that she does have power in her life. Currently, her hair is blonde up top with blue and red tips. She is wants to go jett black, and has picked out a dye she thinks will look awesome.
Shay is 16 years old and lives in OR
Shay is an amazing teen who is so creative. Once she gets to know someone she comes out of her shell and is so funny. She has mastered self- advocation. She has six sibling - two are adults the other four are placed in different homes. This makes her sad but she keeps an upbeat when she is at sibling visit. She loves anything crafting, thriller novels, and colors. Shay has recently found faith and that gives her strength for the road ahead.
