Carrie's biological mother passed away unexpectedly, and Carrie took on the difficult role of trying to gather all of the funds needed to properly bury her mom. Carrie says that her mom may not have been the best mom to her growing up, but she really tried to turn her life around and be a better grandmother to Carrie's children, and for that, Carrie is so grateful for the time she spent with her grandchildren. This wish will help Carrie to pay the funeral home and make sure that her mother is laid to rest with dignity. Carrie hopes this will help her to come to peace with her relationship with her mother, and heal some of her childhood trauma.
