A New Laptop for William who has the opportunity to give valuable insight into the child welfare system

William is registered to participate in a LUVYA event from October 14-16 virtually. In order to participate he needs a laptop. He has participated with LUVYA before and provided feedback that went to the legislature and provide real life changes at CYFD. He really wants to continue to be involved, but with the change to a virtual event, he will need a laptop to access the sessions and provide valuable feedback.
William is 22 years old and lives in NM
William is a young man who has tried to take advantage of all CYFD can provide him. He is a respectful person and is trying to find out what motivates him and what he wants to do. He is interested in something related to firefighting or EMS.
