She cares so much about others and wants to make sure that people in her circle are safe, happy, and healthy. She has spent the majority of her life in foster care and it hasn't diminished her love of life, self, and others. She still sees the world as a beautiful place and she wants to make sure she lives every moment with love, laughter, and compassion!
Hannah is so excited to be hosting Thanksgiving this year. She was able to secure a turkey and all the fixings, but needs a bit of help with the desserts. She would love a Hannaford card so she can pick up a few sweet treats to add to the holiday meal.
