Carl's mom recently handed custody to his grandma unexpectedly. He has been confused about this new placement, and his grandma is trying hard to make sure all of his needs are met and that he can cope with the challenges. He really needs some new clothes, and so having this set of shirts to open on Christmas morning will be nice for him to have some new things to wear.
Carl is 9 years old and lives in OH
Carl is an active boy who loves to be outside. He is always trying new things and loves looking for bugs. Carl is a sweet boy who loves his family, enjoys going to school and likes to try to teach others about the cool things he learns.
