Jacob is all set for the new school year! He's worked really hard at summer school and will be starting 11th grade. He's excited about trying out for the basketball team and has been practicing all summer. Jacob needs a new Nike backpack for school since his old one is worn out. Getting a new backpack would be a big help for Jacob and his parents.
Jacob is 18 years old and lives in VA
Jacob is an amazing young man who is currently placed in an Independent Living Home. Jacob wants to join the Military once he graduates from high school. He has not allowed his current circumstance to stop his desire to graduate high school and join the Army. Jacob loves to fish and play soccer. He has a part-time job at the local McDonald's. Jacob does not want to be adopted and wants to become independent and live alone.
