Upgraded Computer Hardware for Alberto who needs to increase his hard drive space

For his wish, Alberto is requesting a 2TB (terabyte) 2.5 inch Solid State Drive (SSD). The need for this hardware is due to his desktop hard drive crashing. While he currently uses external backups, his aging hardware has caused multiple difficulties, and the data loss has impacted several in-progress term papers, as well as lost progress on several client projects. In addition to the increase in storage capacity, he cites the reliability of the SSD (Solid State Drive) as the main reason for his selection and hopes that not having to rely on outdated hardware will provide some peace of mind both while he completes his last semester at CSULB, as well as grows his portfolio as an editor.
Alberto is 29 years old and lives in CA
Alberto is a 4th year undergraduate psychology major and is looking forward to pursuing his graduate studies in counseling psychology following the completion of his bachelor’s degree this fall. In his words, “I only want to try and make life easier for those around me, and I feel like helping people with their mental health is the way to go”. He has come quite a way since his start and has consistently shown his dedication to his academic achievement, having secured his position on the dean’s honors list every semester of enrollment here at CSULB. In addition to his studies, Alberto has taken on contract work with an editing company, as the additional income helps cover the cost of his housing and minimize his reliance on loans and grants.
